Book your drop-off day and cut selections on our website. We'll confirm all details with you and ensure that your animal(s) is on our schedule.

You will drop-off your animal(s) at one of our preferred USDA certified processing locations. Drop off is always on a Monday. We also offer live animal pickup from your farm for $150 if you are within Middle TN.

We receive the animal from our processor then do all butchering according to your cut preferences at our USDA certified location. We offer 7 day turnaround for hogs and sheep, and 14 day for cows.

Once butchering is complete we notify you and you are given a 7 day pickup window. We also offer delivery of frozen meat for $150.
